This website and all related products and services (collectively, the "Services") are owned and operated by eProfits Mastery Pte Ltd, UEN 201222405M, (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our Services.

The success of our informational products and training is heavily dependent on your commitment to implementing the strategies provided. We encourage you to purchase our programs with the full intention of active participation.
- General Policy on Refunds: All purchases of our products, services, and training—including webinars—are final and non-refundable.
- Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a request for a refund. Any such consideration does not obligate us to grant a refund in any other situation. Should we approve a refund, it will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. The final refund amount will be the original amount charged, less any administrative fees, payment processing fees, and foreign exchange conversion fees. A standard administrative fee of S$70.00 will apply to all approved refunds.
- Cancellation of Training Programs: Your registration for any of our training programs secures your place. As such, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

You agree to provide, maintain, and update true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes.
